FONDUE PARTY!!!

Be teleported backward in time to a luxury alpine mountain retreat and immerse yourself in the art of the true Savoyarde Fondue. A delicious combination of melted alpine cheeses, crusty bread, roasted potatoes with garlic and fresh rosemary, cured meats and pickles served with a crisp refreshing radicchio & fennel salad.  For pudding, a Myrtle Tart with the essential Génépi.  This is a great fun interactive course to learn new skills and meet new people.

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Enter a relaxed setting, meet your class chef and start the day or evening with a drink, proper coffee, tea or an infusion.

You will be invited into the kitchen where you will meet the class and find your work station where your apron and ingredients will be waiting.  The class usually kicks off with a demo and a casual question and answer routine while you start to acclimatise. We are on hand at all times to take you through the process and help you proceed at your own pace.

As the day or evening progresses we adjourn to the dining table where you tuck into your culinary bounty and enjoy some selected, paired wines.
