In this class you will learn the principles of light short pastry, different cake making methods including discussing alternatives for gluten and dairy intolerances.  We will explore some of the different types of bread you can make with either yeast or simply bicarb for bread in a hurry.

This is a great fun interactive course to meet new friends, come as a group, date night, or individually.

Throughout the class, you will sample regional wines or hot and cold drinks to keep you hydrated and focused.
