COVID-19 

 

Please adhere to Covid 19 legislation at all times.  

Routier Cookery School will follow all government instructions to the best of our ability. 

Routier will not be held liable for any spread of Covid 19 on its premises whilst conducting courses.

 

Cancellations

Bookings are 100% non refundable. Course date changes are free of charge up to fourteen days prior to the course start date. Course date changes within fourteen days are unfortunately not available.

Routier Cookery School reserves the right to cancel the course at any time.  In this unlikely event we would offer an alternative course date or a full refund. These cancellations are sometimes unavoidable and we would do our best to give as much cancellation notice as possible.

 

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date purchased. To use your voucher please enter your voucher number during the checkout procedure.

In the event that you transfer your ticket to another class, you have 1 year from the date of purchase to use your ticket.

In the unlikely event that Routier must cancel a class you have 1 year from the date of the cancelled course to use your ticket.

 

Health and Safety

Please be aware of your surroundings. Sharp knives and hot pans are an occupational hazard and Routier Cookery School accepts no liability due to the misuse or irresponsible use of dangerous items.  Please be aware of slippery floors or any potential hazard and please bring any potential dangerous situation to your course tutor as soon as possible to avoid accidents.

Routier Cookery School can not be held liable for any accidents or injuries during the course.

Routier Cookery School requires that all allergies or food intolerances be declared before the start of the course.

Routier Cookery School may at any time contain traces of foods on the premises and may not guarantee a completely allergen free environment.

Under 16 year old children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Please supervise your children as we cannot be held liable for accidents. Please contact us in advance for any special requirements. 

Please wear appropriate clothing, including flat bottomed shoes in the kitchen.

 

Alcohol

Please drink responsibly.

 

Property

Personal belongings that you bring to Routier Cookery School is entirely at your own risk and we cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to any belongings, nor do we accept any liability to any person whilst on a course.
