BACK TO BASICS BEGINNERS COOKERY COURSE

 

Basic skills and tips provide you with the knowledge to propel you onwards. Learn to make the most out of each ingredient, season and balance flavour. 

This course teaches you to understand how ingredients work and will give you a greater understanding of the cooking process. From here you will have the confidence to continue with your own dishes be them simple or complex.

This is a great fun, interactive course working alone or in small groups.

Evening Course  6pm – 9pm

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Enter a relaxed setting, meet your class chef and start the day or evening with a drink, proper coffee, tea or an infusion. 

You will be invited into the kitchen where you will meet the class and find your work station where your apron and ingredients will be waiting.  The class usually kicks off with a demo and a casual question and answer routine while you start to acclimatise. We are on hand at all times to take you through the process and help you proceed at your own pace.

As the day or evening progresses we adjourn to the dining table where you tuck into your culinary bounty and enjoy some selected, paired wines.
