FRENCH BISTRO COOKERY COURSE

 

Classic French cuisine needs no introduction and has evolved over the millennia. This class is concerned with the ‘bistro’ style which means elegant, comforting, and simple. Perfect equally for a posh dinner party or a midweek TV supper.

This is a fun, interactive course where you learn fundamental skills and meet new people.

Full Day Course 10am  – 4pm

Evening Course  6pm – 9pm

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Enter a relaxed setting and meet your class chef and start the day or evening with a drink, proper coffee, tea or an infusion. 

You will be invited into the kitchen where you will meet the class and find your work station where your apron and ingredients will be waiting.  The class usually kicks off with a demo and a casual question and answer routine while you start to acclimatise. We are on hand at all times to take you through the process and help you proceed at your own pace.

As the day or evening progresses we adjourn to the dining table where you tuck in to your culinary bounty and enjoy some selected, paired wines.
