MIDDLE EASTERN MEZZE COOKERY COURSE

 

This is an introduction to the exotic spices of the Levant and the traditional style of Mezze with its seemingly endless flow of exquisite dishes.  Let us guide you step by step through a myriad of authentic herbs and spices that transform familiar ingredients into out of this world flavours.

This is a great fun interactive course to learn new skills and meet new people.

DEMO & DINE

The evening kicks off with a cocktail accompanied by Levantine canapés.

You will be invited into the kitchen to meet your chef, who will then create for you a Middle Eastern Banquet carefully explaining all the techniques, whilst you relax.
Once your Mezze is ready, you adjourn to the dining table where you tuck in to your culinary bounty and enjoy some selected, paired wines.
