MEXICAN STREET FOOD COOKERY COURSE

Mexican food conjures seasoned images. Consider Corn Tacos, Enchiladas, Tamales, Guacamole. The list goes on. This course concentrates on the Mexican Street Food movement with bold citrus, spicy flavours and rich sauces (Moles).

Mexican Street Food traditionally can be traced back to the Mayans, Aztecs and Inca tribes.  A great fun course where you will get to grips with spectacular but simple Mexican dishes.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Enter a relaxed setting, meet your class chef and start the day or evening with a drink, proper coffee, tea or an infusion.

You will be invited into the kitchen where you will meet the class and find your work station where your apron and ingredients will be waiting.  The class usually kicks off with a demo and a casual question and answer routine while you start to acclimatise. We are on hand at all times to take you through the process and help you proceed at your own pace.

As the day or evening progresses we adjourn to the dining table where you tuck into your culinary bounty and enjoy some selected, paired wines.
