Mediterranean Seafood

In this practical course you will learn all the necessary techniques to prepare and cook different types of seafood with confidence: The course kicks off with the essentials on fish cookery. Next you will move onto shellfish and molluscs. You will practice preparing and cooking Mussels, scallops and squid.  You will also learn classic sauces and complimentary dishes to create a delicious seafood feast!

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Enter a relaxed setting and meet your class chef and start the day or evening with a drink, proper coffee, tea or an infusion. 

You will be invited into the kitchen where you will meet the class and find your work station where your apron and ingredients will be waiting.  The class usually kicks off with a demo and a casual question and answer routine while you start to acclimatise. We are on hand at all times to take you through the process and help you proceed at your own pace.

As the day or evening progresses we adjourn to the dining table where you tuck in to your culinary bounty and enjoy some selected, paired wines.
