INDIAN THALI COOKERY COURSE

 

In this course, you will dive into the mystery of Indian spice blends and discover how to create with confidence authentic curries, dhals, chutneys and more traditional dishes from scratch. 

This is a great fun interactive course to learn new skills, meet new people and get a real taste of traditional northern Indian cookery.

Evening Course  6pm – 10pm

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Enter a relaxed setting and meet your class chef and start the day or evening with a drink, proper coffee, tea or an infusion. 

You will be invited into the kitchen where you will meet the class and find your work station where your apron and ingredients will be waiting.  The class usually kicks off with a demo and a casual question and answer routine while you start to acclimatise. We are on hand at all times to take you through the process and help you proceed at your own pace.

As the day or evening progresses we adjourn to the dining table where you tuck in to your culinary bounty and enjoy some selected, paired wines.
