Authentic Italian cookery is a true favourite throughout the world.

Be whisked away to the rolling hills of Tuscany,  the lemon blossoms of the Amalfi Coast or the iconic stone Trullis of Puglia, whilst creating beautiful Italian food using simple techniques that can be recreated at home for friends or family.

Enter a relaxed setting, meet your class chef and start the day or evening with a drink, proper coffee, tea or an infusion.

You will be invited into the kitchen where you will meet the class and find your work station where your apron and ingredients will be waiting.  The class usually kicks off with a demo and a casual question and answer routine while you start to acclimatise. We are on hand at all times to take you through the process and help you proceed at your own pace.

As the day or evening progresses we adjourn to the dining table where you tuck into your culinary bounty and enjoy some selected, paired wines.
